Refunds and Cancelations
Once an online order has been made and submitted to the restaurant, it will not be possible to change, amend or cancel your order. This is because the order is processed and cooked straight away by the restaurant. Credit card refunds will be issued if goods are not delivered due to a fault with the restaurant ordering system. Please email email@example.com if you would like to request a refund. Please provide your name, postcode, date of order and specific problem.
